📋 The Moderation Approval Process
- Automatic Approvals: For users at Level 3 or higher, some moderation submissions may be approved instantly. ⚡
- Pending Review: Other edits require a manual review by the Moovit team. During this phase, the submission is locked and cannot be modified. 🔒
(Note: Agency changes will always go to Moderation, regardless of your user level).
🔒 Locked Submissions
- Once a moderation is saved and enters the workflow (whether automatic or manual), it can no longer be edited by the user. 🚫
- Architect’s Tip: Always double-check and verify all details before hitting "Save" to avoid the need for later corrections. ✅
📝 Edits After Approval
- If your moderation is approved but you notice an error or need an update, you must wait until the project is fully updated and the changes are reflected in the system before editing again. ⏳
❌ What Happens if it’s Rejected?
- Don’t worry! If a moderation is rejected, you will have the chance to make the necessary fixes. Rejections come with specific feedback to guide your revisions. 💡
