There are several ways you can get in touch with Moovit-Pango’s support team.
There are links throughout the payment process:
- Bus: The screen where you take a picture of the QR code
- Train: The question mark on the top of the screen when paying for the train
- On the confirmation ticket - once you’ve paid.
On the App:
You can contact Support by tapping on the side menu (the three lines at the top of the screen, before you start paying) -> My Account -> Payment for public transit -> Contact us
