From now on, traveling together becomes easier and more affordable - you can pay for your entire family, friends, and colleagues on one phone - and everyone gets the discounts they're entitled to and the right to 90 minutes of free transfers between lines.
Adding Passengers
To pay for people who frequently travel with you, add them to your account:
- In the side menu, select "My account" and then "add Passengers"
- Fill in the details (name, ID number, date of birth, phone number). Important: if the person you want to add is under 18, enter their parent or guardian's number.
- If the passengers you added are eligible for a discount profile - add it now.
- Once all documents are approved - you can pay for each of your tickets with the appropriate discount.
Important: Only people 18 and over can add passengers to their account.
Managing Passengers in Your Account
At any time, you can access "My Account" to view and edit the list of people you've added, delete profiles (this will remove the profile discount and documents from your account, but will keep the person you added as a passenger without a discount), and remove people from your account.
Buying Everyone's Tickets (Ride Validation)
Validating rides for multiple people simultaneously is easy and simple: pay for yourself as usual, depending on the transit type you're using (bus, light rail, Carmelit or Rachbalit), click "Add Passengers" and select from the list everyone traveling with you on this trip.
Good to know: The option to add an "anonymous" passenger still exists for people who are not permanently in your account, but they will not receive a profile discount and will not be eligible for free 90-minute transfers between lines.
Viewing Tickets
After validation, you can see all active tickets (yours and the additional passengers') in the "Tickets" tab and browse through them easily.
Calculation and Billing
Payment for all passengers' trips together will be made at the end of the month.
The monthly and daily cap (calculation of the most affordable price) will be calculated for each passenger separately, based to their personal discount profile, and according to the trips made on your device.
