There might be a problem with your camera: make sure the lense is clean; If there’s not enough light - use your phone’s flash. Alternatively, there may be a problem with the QR code: Scan one of the other signs in the bus. If the problem is not solved by any of these, please contact Support, using the button at the bottom of the scanning screen, or phone *5090.
My mobile data is unavailable, what should I do?
Switch your mobile data off then on (go to Flight Mode and then exit). In addition, most buses have WiFi for your use.
