Staying Informed About Changes 🔔
If you are the creator or the most recent senior editor to edit an item, you will be notified via the notification center at the top of the page. 🔝
All senior Mooviters (Level 3 or higher) in a city are also invited to moderate changes pending approval. On your home screen, you will see all pending changes listed on the left side. 📋
Reviewing a Moderation 🔍
To view a single change in more detail, click "View" on the tab of the specific change.
- Green icons and lines indicate the suggested new changes. 🟢🛣️
If you require more information to review the change, you should use the comments section to ask the requester for such information. 💬❓
Deciding on Approval or Rejection ✅❌
Approve or decline the changes accordingly based on their accuracy:
- Approval: If the data is correct, approve it to let it go live. 👍
- Rejection: In the event of a rejection, we always suggest leaving a note with the reason for the denial. 📝 This helps users learn how to do it correctly for future moderations. 🎓
⚠️ Important Note
If an item is pending approval, it remains locked 🔒 to all Mooviters until it is reviewed. Senior Mooviters should moderate changes, to the best of their abilities, as promptly as possible to keep the map moving! 🚀⏱️
