To delete your accounts and personal information, go to Give us feedback (on mobile) or click Submit a request (on web).
On the feedback form, tap the “Choose” next to the Feedback Type -> Personal Data/GDPR -> Add in Description that you would like to Delete your Account. Then once the form is submitted, a team member will respond to you & confirm the final steps to delete your account.
Once your account and personal information are deleted, all your favorites and account info will be gone too.

iOS users can manually their delete account
Now iOS users can delete their account manually in the app if they choose to do so!
Simply follow the steps below:
- Go to the More Menu in the top right corner
- Go to Settings
- Go to Privacy
- Go to the bottom of the page where it says Delete Account
- Click Yes, delete anyway
- Add your email address
- Again, click delete account
- Click Yes to confirm
